Strange characters display at the start of my email sending address and makes it look like spam

Anbody else had this problem and know how to resolve without completley changing email address?

I get some weird characters at the start of my email address (displays in the receiving inbox).

Example using a fake email address:

Address starts:

somebody

Displays as:

somebody

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification


If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
