Some emails recently rejected as spam but not in spam folder

Recently not receiving emails with attachment from one sender.
They are not in the spam folder, just being marked as spam and not delivered.
The last similar email was received on 22 March with no problem.
We attempted to make this a safe sender by setting up a filter and the sender retried sending, with no success, and still nothing in spam folder.

If the email has been deemed 'undeliverable' the sender should receive a message by email giving the reason. Have they? And what does it say?

Edited to add: and are you using an app or logging in via Sky.com?

Thanks for your quick response.

They said it looked as if it had been rejected as spam and suggested making them a safe sender by using a filter. They then tried resending but it still hasn't arrived.

Nothing in the spam folder, having checked Sky Yahoo using iPad, android phone and laptop.

That won't make them a safe sender, in fact I don't think Sky|Yahoo have a safe sender option.

Ask if they could send you the full rejection message (obscure any personal info)

Full rejection message not available to anyone I'm able to contact 😒

But I suspect the incoming domain has been marked as spam by Sky. How can I contact Sky to question this?

Well you could give Sky a call, but I suspect any adviser you speak to won't have the knowledge or inclination to help with this. Most likely they'll tell you to speak to Yahoo, which I'm afraid is a fob-off as Yahoo won't be able to help. If these are important contacts, you might want to consider a new email provider.

Just what domain are they coming from? Are they from one sender, or are multiple senders involved?

Ignore that the original post said one sender.
