Have a problem starting yesterday with emails not coming through in my new iPhone and iPad ( using the latest IOS 16.1
Have tried deleting on and adding back on again, but still getting the same problem.
Is this a Sky problem to fix ?
I guess many people re having the same issues who use a Sky email account.
If someone ( Sky would be nice ) can advise please no what or when the fix is, I would be grateful.

How nice would it be for Sky to come on and say that there is a problem and they apologise and are working to fixing the issue

Subsequently turns out that it's an Apple Mail issue, not a Sky issue. Sky Yahoo Mail still works perfectly ok with other apps and systems. Check that your Apple devices are up to date.
Other posters have reported it to Apple. If you're still having problems, best to do the same.
