My email stopped working on both my Android phone and Desktop yesterday afternoon.
If I log in online it is fine
I have reset the password. No joy
I uninstalled and reinstalled. No joy
I've rebooted. No joy
I can't find anything about any issues anywhere?

Which password are you using? Your Sky ID password or the special 16 character one geterated on the sky website for use on mobile devices?

As @Annie+UK has said you might need to generate yourself a 16 digital password and use this if you are not already, you can do that here:

No you did as quite a few people judging by other posts on here have also been caught out by it. Sky have post up a sticky thread at the top of the page in this forum about it.

There's nothing in the current sticky post about the 16 digit app password, it's all about GDPR. In my opinion there should be a sticky post about it.
