I am in desperate need of help, my sky email was hacked yesterday, I contacted sky and 5 hours later after being passed from one agent to another, finally got my email account unlocked, reset password. Unfortunately still have email problems, I am not able to receive emails plus when I compose an email, under the subject area states "REMINDER - REPLIES TO THIS MESSAGE WILL BE SENT TO OUTLOOK.COM, I don't have an outlook account. Phoned sky again this morning, two hours later told me cannot help and need to phone Thaoo, I am beside myself, I'm a pensioner and struggling to get help.

The first, that you have already noticed, is to change your "reply to" address.
You can correct that by loging into your account on-line and going to Settings -More settings - Mailboxes and selecting your Sky email. There you can correct your "reply to" address.
Other changes they probably made will be to have set up filters. so check for those and remove any you didn't set up.
