So I had a Samsung S22, upgraded to the S23 Ultra, the Outlook App was transferred over but no setting from the S22 to S23. On trying to upload the sky email account to Outlook, ive gone to Outlook App to:
- Add email
- Selected Add an Email Account
- Clicked Continue
- Entered my sky email address
- Selected the 'Not Yahoo' tab top right
- Clicked change account provider
- selected IMAP
- entered my name
- entered description
- entered imap.tools.sky.com
- entered 995
- ensured SSL/TLS was selected
- enetered my username/sky email in full
- entered my password generated from the sky app generator
- entered smtp.tools.sky.com
- entered 587
- entered my username/sky email in full
- entered password as above
- tapped the tick top right of the screen
- Attempted to log in
- Log-in Error - The connection to your email server timed out. Please check your email settings.
This is now very boring , I have been trying on n off for the last 5 days and I'm about to .....
Can someone please help?

Might not make a difference, but it's how I always do it.
