I have 3 email addresses on my account. Been using them for years.
On one account the autofill of contact addresses when searching and composing emails has stopped?
Any thoughts

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tred cklearing your browsers cache and then closing it down before loading it back up and trying again. Something else to try is to use a different browser.

thank you for the suggestions both of which I have tried
emptying the cache didn't work
I have tried Firefox and Edge but no difference
the autofil works with Outlook
it also works on other family emails on the account so is something specific I feel on this email address at sky
