Sky email account of my partner locked

I am the Sky main account holder and my email account ID n____.s_____@s.c is working OK. But my partners email account ID is locked p_____.s_____.sky.c is locked. Can anyone help please. Thanks a lot.

Has your partner tried resetting their password?

If that doesn't resolve it, they'll have to call the number given on the account locked message.

If you do call @Sam+Jr. just tell them your Sky account is locked as you might not get very far if you mention email as someone will try to get you to go to Yahoo but they can not help with Sky accounts.

• Have tried the link. It does not work..it gives a no. starting  0344. This is an automated help service which doesn't resolve the problem.

They'll need to call the general customer services number, in that case.

Then call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
