Sky email account locked

Early this evening when accessing my email the message "Sky email account locked".

Is anyone having the same issue?

I have contacted Sky and the operator has issued a complaint to the technical dept which I have to wait 24hrs to see if it has been resolved.

Do you access your emails via here:

If so try changing your login password via here:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

If that doesn't work then you will need to follow the advise here especially with reagrds on how to fix this:
