I am getting the following email

Hello,

We noticed that you have been ignoring our messages to upgrade your email. We are closing all old Sky Yahoo Mail accounts, starting on
June 1, 2023. Please click the button below to get a more organised mailbox and avoid being Deactivated.

Is this a Scam??

@baloothebear It's a scam and there is no old or new/upgraded email accounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's a classic scam @baloothebear so mark it as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore.
