Sky Email - Unable to sign in with Outlook/G-Mail

You need to set it up as "not yahoo"then you shouldn't see that wait an hour message.

If you select Not yahoo you should then be able to enter these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

I'm still trying to add Sky account to outlook. If I click the not yahoo, then it comes up with multiple options Office 365 / Outlook / Exchange/yahoo/iCloud/Google/IMAP/POP3.

If I choose IMAP it asks for passwords.

Can anyone help?

Try a generated password from here:

Thanjs, I've already tried that, but I get the error that others have that says to try again in 1 hour.

Try selecting Other when setting the email account up as that should let you enter those settings and the generated password.

I have clicked on NOT YAHOO but what do I click on after that as lots of choices?
