Security phone number is different to my new phone number so unable to log on.

I am unable to log on as it sends the code number to my old phone number of which I don't have. Ant help please and I have changed my new number on my account details.

Turn off 2 step verification by choosing 'can't log in with code' link on the sign on screen, then use the Recovery Code Sky sent you when you activated 2 step verification. Then you can re-activate it if you wish, entering your new mobile number when prompted.

Are you trying to log into Sky Yahoo Mail? Or somewhere else?

Have you thought about updating the details with whichever websites use your mobile number for verification?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes done all that, it's OK if I use my iPhone but the problem is when I log on with my laptop.
