Scam - then either no emails arriving or what does get through going to " archive" !

We are on Sky Yahoo mail. Our account was hacked and since then either no emails come or those that somehow  get through go to archive immediately .We have tried uninstalling Yahoo and reinstalling - no luck - and we have changed our password. Help ! I

You need to check online to see if any changes have been made to your account so login in here:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters  And delete anythig you did not set up.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Writing Address and make sure the sending address is yours.

Check Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Reply to Address and delete anything there that isn't your Sky email address.

If you haven't already make sure you change your password to a strong one with random letters and numbers:
