@Helen+SH Yess 100% scam, mark trhe email as spam and delete it, don't click on any links.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky would always refer to you by your first name so would never call you "Dear User", as these scammers don't know what it this is sometimes a way you can tell if these emails are scam ones.
