It was years ago that Yahoo took over from Google so those settings do still work but for some reason those using Apple devices have been running into such issues since last year.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYes, the Tools.sky settings do work but they didn't on my iDevices, I had to set up using Yahoo option. That's why I always suggest to use Yahoo rather than the older settings.

It's unlikely that there will be a fix from Sky as it appears to be an Apple problem. Sky Yahoo Mail works just fine with other apps. You could try contacting Apple?

I've been having the same issues for a while now and deleted and reinstalled my mail app a few times but it didn't help.
From reading the other comments here I selected the yahoo option and it seems to be working well. All the attachments that wouldn't download are now coming through.
