One of my contacts has received a spam email supposedly from my account. What should I do?

This spam is photo files with bad spelling. My sister's email has been hacked with the same sender.

There is pretty much nothing you can do as I doubt very much your sister has been hacked, what has probably happened is the spammer is sending these emails out and making it look like it has come from you by changing their address to yours. Usually these stop as soon as they start.

 

For piece of mind she could try changing your password:
