Not receiving emails since I was asked to change my password which was on 2.2.24

For some unknown reason I'm asked to change my password every couple of weeks.  Since this was done yesterday I have never received any emails.  When I go into my Sent Folder that is now totally empty which before password was changed was quite full.   I had to change my password yesterday at about 11.30am and since then have never received any emails.    What I cannot understand is why every couple of weeks I'm asked to change my password which before that I had the same password for many years.  As you can see from your records I have been with you for many years.

Are you accessing your emails using your browser via sky.com? Or are you using an email app or client?

If you are using g a program or a app so you are not logging into your online Sky email account then try generating a 16 digit password here and using this instead:

 

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

Just what do you mean by you are asked to change your password?

I suspect that you may have given your credentials to some scammer via a phishing email.

Also you are not talking to Sky here, we are just users like yourself, so have no idea how long you have been with Sky.

If you can give us some information on just what you did to change your password, we may be able to give some advice.

Yes, the same thought occurred to me, given the 'symptoms' @Hardworker describes.
