Not receiving emails . Since the 8 of This month

I have not received emails since the 8th of this month 

I have an apple email and I sent an email to that account and it showed up as AOl

please are my incoming emails been diverted

This is something that you will need to look into.

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

Nobody here could tell you if your emails are being diverted, but what does AOI mean?

Did you recently reply to an email asking you to upgrade/confirm your email?
