Non receipt of email from one location

Recently I have noticed that I have have not been receiving emails from Intelligent golf (IG). This is a platform that a lot of golf clubs in the UK use to send out emails (often to various emails). Although I have received them in the past they appear to have stopped. From IG the emails are shown as being sent but not opened (as I haven't received them). My email address at the senders end is correct. I have checked my Sky/ Yahoo account and the sender is not shown as blocked. Any advice? Paul

Do you  have another email address you could use with IG to see if the emails then come through from them ?

@SueG1961 has IG received any 'bounce' messages, which would give the reason why the emails aren't being delivered successfully?

Not that I know of but I will check. All I know 'from the other end' is that the mails have been sent but unopened.

I can use another email address to test this but I was leaving that until later to avoid any confusion with what is happening at the moment. I know what emails I've not received as my wife is receiving them via her email.

What service is your wife's email with? It's likely that Yahoo's anti-spam measures are blocking your emails.

Could she not forward them to you, untill yours start arriving again.

My wife is gmail. If it is anti spam measures on yahoo how do I correct it. Also it's only started happening recently.

Unfortunately you can't, other than reporting it to IG so they are aware and can work with Yahoo to resolve it, if they find it is being reported by many Yahoo users
