My yahoo email are going into my archive box. How do i get them to go into my In Box?

Log in online here and try Settings (the cog) > More Settings > Filters. Delete anything you see that isn't something you've set up.

If you had to remove a filter as per the post from @Mark39 then I wouldalso check this:

Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
