My sky email address was hacked and all my emails have gone

I received a email from Sky saying I need to update my email account uther wise I would no longer be able to see my emails so stupidly I did and my email account was hacked and all my emails have gone, I have changed my password etc but it's all the other information in the emails and is it possible to get them back

Sorry you were caught out. As you now know, the email you received wasn't from Sky at all - it's a well reported scam.

If you use an email client & haven't checked the account since it was hacked then there is a small chance you can recover the emails by going offline (disconnect any Ethernet cable & turn on airplane mode) then open the email account via your email client & copy any wanted emails from the account to another folder or even better another emails account.
