As I got to sky.com/signin/email. When I get to the page I click on sign in in top r hand corner. I type in my password it does not recognise it. I have not changed it. I don't know why it won't recognise it.
I have clicked to change password but it says it will email to me. I cannot access my emails so that doesn't help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you're unable to reset your password (I agree it's the first thing to try) you'll need to give Sky a call. Tell them you can't reset your SkyiD password.

Are you able to access this link as the reset email will go to the recovery email address you have setup and not your Sky email one:
