How do you access Sky Yahoo Mail? If they're missing when you log in using your browser via sky.com, I'm afraid they're gone for good.

Hi. I login the same way I always have but for some reason they've gone now when they've been there for years! It's just my sent mails. All the others are there! I really don't understand it. Thanks for replying though 😩

We don't know how you've always logged in. The point is that if you're using an app or email client, it's conceivable, that they might be the cause, but if you log in via the Sky website they're likely to be irretrievable.

On my iPhone and iPad I just click on the mail option at the bottom and go straight in. I've tried going through sky and adding my details (login and password) but that makes no difference, I've just looked now and they've all gone except yesterday's. How can I stop this happening?'

Try logging in here to see if it's the same: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

If it,is, I'm afraid it's a Yahoo glitch of some kind. There have been regular reports here of emails going missing. You could try moving or copying your sent emails daily to a separate folder you've created. Failing that, you might want to consider a different email provider if the problem persists.

Mines the same. Someone has hacked my yahoo account email. I was advised to change my password but have no idea how. There is nothing on sky about fraud or who to contact. Sky does say if you don't get emails then it's probably been hacked. The hackers have already bought stuff out of my catalog!!!

@alikat1859 first log out of your Sky ID. When you log in again, there's a forgotten password link on the sign-in page which you can use to change your password.

Make,sure you use a strong password to minimise the risk of being hacked again - ideally use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters, rather than a word you might find in a dictionary.

@alikat1859

You have probably given your details to scammers by replying to a phishing email.

You can change your password here: https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email

Even if they have access to your email, they shouldn't be able to order from your catalogue, unless you were using the same password for both.
