Emails aren't arriving in my inbox. I know I have received them as I get the notifications. I have looked on my phone and my laptop, refreshed loads of times, restarted computer and phone, emptied cache, but nothing seems to work. I have even sent a message to myself from another account.

Have you checked they are not going to your trash/bin folders ?
Have you also looked that no filters have been set up via your online account: Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > filters.

Log in here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email, and go to Settings - More settings - Filters, and see if any filters have been set up which are redirecting them.
If there are, delete them and change your password, as your account has been compromised.
Also check for any other changes, such a a "reply to" address.
