My emails no longer download. I have deleted the Yahoo account via settings and reloaded it- no joy
I tried deleting and reinstating the yahoo email in Settings but that has meant none of my emails download the messages where before doing that I could at least read some of them

Re: My emails no longer download. I have deleted the Yahoo account via settings and reloaded it- no
I presume you are using an app to access your emails if so try using these settings when setting it up again:
Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

Before making any suggestions, we would need to know how you are trying to access your email. Would it possibly be on an Apple device?
Also can you confirm that you can access them here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

Re: My emails no longer download. I have deleted the Yahoo account via settings and reloaded it- no
Hi.
I am using my iPad 7 16.6
I spoke with Sky who told me to create the 2nd level security for Yahoo which I have done as I can still access my Sky emails by actually logging in.
Unfortunately now having deleted the Yahoo Mail via settings in my iPad it now will not allow me to add Yahoo as a new account. Each time I try to do this it asks me to enter the security code sent to my phone and then instead of moving to the next stage it returns to the first page to generate a security code again, over and over

Unfortunately the Apple Mail app has been having problems accessing Sky email accounts for quite a while, and there is no currently known resolution.
The advice to enable the 2FA (Two-factor authentication) by Sky would not help at all.
I can only suggest using a different app or use the website.😥

Try selecting Other then using the settings as per my previous post.
