Discussion topic: My emails are going to my bin with only about 5% going to my inbox . I use an iPad

I changed my iPad a month ago and ever since my sky yahoo emails go to my bin not my inbox , I can't find a way to correct this and neither can the brains in the apple shop, please help

Is the same happening via your online email account here:

If so have you checked your filters via Settings > More Settings > Filters
