My email was scammed and I have been trying to resolve this for over a week the support from sky is

I need the current email on my account to be removed so I can replace with a new one how can this be so difficult !

my sky email was scammed and no one from sky wants to help resolve this!

Do you mean your contact email address? What's the problem with support from Sky? What have they said?
