My email account has developed 2 Inboxes! The second one is greyed out on my Apple and Spark apps

My email account has developed 2 Inboxes! The second one is greyed out on my Apple and Spark apps and will not open. It has two unread messages knit according to the notification. My other Inbox has some read messages in it. The greyed out one is mother to a number of other mail boxes, according to the current set up (they were in the original inbox previously. ) help please.

Have you made sure this is set to allow:

 

Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes and then ensure that it is set to ALLOW.

Thay would be an app issue. If you log in to your email account online here, rather than using an app, I'm sure there will be only one Inbox. https://www.sky.com/signin/email

 

The Apple Mail app is not,without issues, but you could try reinstalling it and setting up your email account fr9m scratch?
