My account has been Spammed and I can't get into my acccout.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt is doubtful your account has been hacked, it is more likely that you might have responded to a scam email and given someone you login details for them to gain access.

@JamesRose did you manage to resolve this as my grandad is having the same issue and is now unable to access the account and sky are being less than helpful

Spoke to Sky Advisor because changing Passwords doesn't stop spam access.
Sky advisor rhey told me to stop using Sky accounts and try gmail instead.
Not impressed

Why would you think it would?
Spam doesn't have access to your email, it is received by your email because anyone can send to your email address.
Most spam should be intercepted by the spam filter, but spammers have ways of avoiding it, mostly by using the credentials of people they have "phished".
