My e mails are being sent from EMail Maintenance , and not from my name. How can I change this.?

I have tried to follow on- line advice and correct this through Settings , but my system does not allow me to follow the suggested steps ( Mail boxes etc ).

How are you accessing your emails, do you login to the Sky website or are you using something like Outlook or the Yahoo email app ?

Sorry, I'm not sure. I have Yahoo Mail on my desk top and I just click on that to access.

Thankyou. That may have done it. I was able to change EMailMaintenance to my name.

Glad you have been able to change your name back.

The thing is how did it get changed? I suspect your account has been compromised, as that is the kind of name a scammer might use.

I suggest changing your password to secure your account, and look through your settings for any other changes that may have occurred.
