My daughters emails from her hotmail account have suddenly stopped coming to me

Since last week, my daughter's emails to me from her hotmail account, have suddenly stopped. It appears they may have been blocked, but I certainly haven't blocked them! It is important that I receive them as they contain important information about my grandson.

Is your email account a Sky one, if so have you checked they are not ending up on your trash/junk/spam folders ?
