My E-Mail states I am visiting uk which is not the case I live in UK

Where does it state that? Are you using an email app? Or are ypu logging in online here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Can you explain a bit clearer about what is happening, have you been sent an email saying you are visiting the UK and if so who apparently has sent this to you ?

I deleted and reinstated App as recommended by Sky Agent. Now working ok. Thank you sky.
