My Sky Email adress suddenly being made INACTIVE by Yahoo!
Last Saturday the 29th November 2025 without any wanrning Yahoo have made my Sky email address inactive which basically means shut down. I have sent numerous emails to Sky Support and been phoning their Support in India which is absolutely useless. Just wondering if anybody else has had this issue and have you been able to get it re activated by Yahoo? Thanks Ian.

Did Sky tell you this is what has happened? We've seen posts here from others with the same problem which has been later resolved, so there would appear to be a process for 'undoing' it.
As with many Sky Yahoo Mail issues, the key is to find an adviser who knows about it.
I'd suggest gritting your teeth and calling again and let them know that you're aware others have had the same issue and Sky have fixed it. I wouldn't email as that's unlikely to get a reply. If no avail, try raising a complaint - use the webform option.
