My Outlook account still can not connect to the sky.com servers?

I have tried no less than three different new generated passwords listed by Sky and none have made a diffence.

I entered them with the spaces, and without the spaces and neither made no joy. 😣

Hi Jayach, I just retried, but this time I used the mail.yahoo.com suggestion and bingo It's working again. Thank you very much for your help and if I could buy you a drink I would. Thanks again. however having said that it still baffles me why the old way worked just fine for years until the global outage and not after, but it's working now and I'm a happy chappy again.
