When sending an email to a recipiant, the recipiant cannot see that the email is from my own sky email address. Instead of my name displayed in the receivers inbox, the mail presents as if sent from SKY VIEW. Please help. I've reviewed in Signatures and it shows the detail shown in the attached image - Any suggestions?

How are you viewing your signature/settings? If you are using an app/client that may well have its own signature.
