Mobile message from sky informs they don’t have my email addy correct

Sky sent me a mobile message informing they sent an email but it failed 

I have logged in and my email addy is correct 

Any others had this 

New to sky here

@KiKi+2  Could be a scam, was there a link in the email?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes @GD1 the email read

Hello. We 📧 but the delivery failed Please go to  http://www.sky.com.mysky. to see the e we sent (in your message centre) and check your email adress
