Majority of emails sent to me are not appearing in my account on laptop and android

My account was hacked and emails diverted to a hotmail account.  I have sorted that bit, changed password with the help of Sky but emails are not arriving in my account except for 2 which have got through.  Any ideas.  It seems to be impossible to ring Yahoo!

Are these other emails ending up in your spam folder ?

Did you also check to see that no filters were setup:

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Done all that, and changed password
