Mail box tells mesettings are out of date

keep getting messages that in mailbox sky settings are out of date

How are you getting these messages, is it via an email if so it is a spam one so mark it as spam so it gets deleted.

If you are using an app/client to view your emails, it is probable you need to use a generated password, instead of your usual Sky password.
