Locked out of emails due to two point verification

Account is locked out due to two point verification code. Code is being sent to a damaged SIM card. I can't receive a new SIM card without the codes that are being sent to the locked email account. Online bots are a waste of time.

If you kept a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login, then later set it up again with your new number.

If not, you'll have to contact Sky, I'm afraid and they'll turn it off for you after 21 days

@ShelleyAnderson

If the sim card is damaged have you try getting a replacement from your network provider ?

That's why they recommend you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code, so that you can turn it off yourself, if you have no access to your email.
