Locked out of account

Hi - my wife is locked out of her sky email account - tried phoning the sky number - just get a bot saying they are working on it. The account has been closed now for one week and still no action. This is very frustrating is there a way of talking to a human being who can help.

One thing you could try is to see if the password can be reset on it via here:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

If you can't then it will be a case of calling and you might have to do this more than once until you do get through to someone who can unlock it so it might be worth saying that it is your Sky account that is returning that message and not your email account.

Many Thanks - managed to get someone from customer services and they managed  to clear it after 10minutes. Guess I was lucky to get someone first time.
