Is this a scam email. It says my sky account is outdated.

Message is supposed to be from support ,

says my account is outdated and if I don't click here to update my account will be closed without my authorisation.

I am sure it is a scam email.

Yes 100% scam, mark as spam and delete and do so with any email of a similar nature.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the email says something like Dear User then that is a clear indication that it is from a scammer as Sky will always address you by your actual name.

Yes, this is a real scam. These posts are being sent from TalkTalk accounts.

Do not click on this link under any circumstances.
