I want to retrieve my e-ticket from my email.

My laptop, tablet, phone and other stuffs were stolen from my room. The laptop and the phone contain my documents. I bought ticket in October, 2024. The e-tiket was on my email which was on the laptop. I have being trying to get sky email to help me but to no avail. Can you help, please? I don't know what else to do! I know there's help out there. Please, help;
