@paulajohns as @Daniel0210 posted, Sky are currently prompting customers who haven't logged in for a while to do so, but this email is something we've seen before, and it's not from Sky. The log in link will take you to a fake log in screen which, if you complete them, will give away your credentials to a fraudster/scammer. Just mark this email as spam, but otherwise ignore it.

Re: I’ve had an email saying it’s form Sky how can I check if it’s genuine
Sky are apparently sending out communication with customers who haven't logged into their Sky Yahoo email service for some time (a number of years). Do either of you fall into that category?

Re: I’ve had an email saying it’s form Sky how can I check if it’s genuine
That is a scam email that isn't from Sky as there are two and you can tell. Emails from Sky will address you by your first name and secondly Sky would never send an email out like this with a link in it that they want you to click through as they would just advise you to login as they would not put a link in the email. So while what @Daniel0210 said about Sky do send out similar emails this is not from them so mark it as spam.

Re: I’ve had an email saying it’s form Sky how can I check if it’s genuine
Scam email. The big giveaway is that they refer to you as Dear Sky customer; Sky would refer to you by name.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
