@paulajohns as @Daniel0210 posted, Sky are currently prompting customers who haven't logged in for a while to do so, but this email is something we've seen before, and it's not from Sky. The log in link will take you to a fake log in screen which, if you complete them, will give away your credentials to a fraudster/scammer. Just mark this email as spam, but otherwise ignore it.

Sky are apparently sending out communication with customers who haven't logged into their Sky Yahoo email service for some time (a number of years). Do either of you fall into that category?

@paulajohns

That is a scam email that isn't from Sky as there are two and you can tell. Emails from Sky will address you by your first name and secondly Sky would never send an email out like this with a link in it that they want you to click through as they would just advise you to login as they would not put a link in the email. So while what @Daniel0210 said about Sky do send out similar emails this is not from them so mark it as spam.

Scam email. The big giveaway is that they refer to you as Dear Sky customer; Sky would refer to you by name.

Scammer Alert!!!

I've just recieved another scam email today. This time a fake sky survey email

Any email anyone gets, Sky always use your 1st name,not your last name!

Sky Never ask you to click on any links in anemail!  They always ask you to go to your Sky app or online to sign in. Never ever sign in from an email.
