I need to know if any of my incoming e-mails are being blocked

e-mails from a specific address are not arriving in my inbox or spam.

All others are working fine and the sender reports no issues at their end.

I need to know if any are being blocked.

The only way to know is if the sender gets a 'bounce' message.

Are they from a Microsoft address as there are issues at present but that apart there have been some reports this week from other not receiving emails from a certain address but in some cases after a few days the emails start to arrive in the inbox again.
