I need to block an email address from contacting me

My niece keeps sending me horrible emails and won't stop. I have managed to block her on Whatsapp but now she is choosing to email. I have put it to my spam folder but can't help but read the emails which are upsetting. Please can someone tell me how I can block her email so she cannot email me?

You can not stop the emails from being sent as all you can do is presumably what you have done and that is to setup a filter to say that all emails from this address are automatically moved to the spam folder.

@ella7925 as @caesarome posted, there's nothing you can do to stop anybody sending you an email if they know your address. Anything we suggest here will remove an email from your immediate view but it's still there if you feel compelled to find and read it.

In those circumstances,  it might be better for you to set up a new email account with another provider and ditch Sky Yahoo Mail completely.

I've never tried it, but Sky|Yahoo do provide a block list, so if you put her email in there you shouldn't see them anymore.
