I'm trying to install our email address on samsung mail but can't get passed the Yahoo page
I have been trying to install our sky email on my husbands Samsung A36. When I select the Yahoo tab it shows a download page that I cannot close as the cross is concealed. I also cannot seem to generate the 16 digit app password even though ive managed to do this before on previous phones.
Can anyone help please.

I have managed to sort this now. Was as simple as making the font smaller on the phone and it added the account without the 16 digit password.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

No thank you, the Mrs sorted it and it seems to be working fine and all installed properly.
Thank you for replying though.
