I keep getting emails which say I need to accept new terms and conditions or I won't be able to keep using my sky (yahoo)email account. Is this a scam? If not I can't find a way to do it.

Yes, it's a scam. There are no new terms and conditions. The email contains a link to a fake login page, which enables the scamme to capture your userid and password. Just mark it as spam.
