I keep getting emails saying I need to update my email account

I received an email today that states I have an outdated app for my email account. I don't trust emails as there have been so many fraudster ones. Can someone please ring me so we can check my account.

@MRS+POCOCK  Those are scam emails, simply mark it as spam and delete it. 

 

No one on the forum can call you as no one here will know who you are or any of your contact details.

 

There are no updates happening, and any that do happen are done in the background without any user intervention

 

Apps provided like Office 365, Thunderbird etc are normally updated automatically.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What you need to do is to mark these emails as spam and do this should you be sent anymore as the key thing to remember is that you will never have to update your account,
