@cantdetnosatisfac Likely to be a scam as far as we are aware Sky don't email you about vociemails.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Several posts about this recently. It appears to be a new way of trying to scam you. Mark the email as spam.
