I have folders for shopping for different shops ok when signing into yahoo mail but not on ipad. Why

I have folders for shopping for different shops ok when signing into yahoo mail but not on ipad. 

They were there before but not now but if I search for a store they appear

Any solutions

How do you access your emails on your iPad, do you go to the Sky website or use an app ?

I use iOS app then join yahoo with add account- it's actually a sky account. They also show on iPhone but not ipad

To see the same folders that are online you do need to use the imap settings so have you tried using these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

I had all these set but no folders I wanted.Today they suddenly came back!!!
